If i were to do a prolonged fast a couple days a year, would that truly have an effect on increasing my stem cell production? I don't actually know how you woud apply that to humans, right? It's like ida. Even the j mitchell stuff i talked about earlier, i mean, i think it's an interesting proof of concept, but i don't actually knows how you waud apply that to human life. And well, the question is, how often? How often we have o to and how long a lake?
