The History of Low-Dimensional License Plates in Delaware

Frank Vasolo III is the second of three generations to run a company called Fusco management. He bought his first plate, number 477, for 800 bucks and it quickly became an obsession. His family now owns what is probably the largest collection of low-digit license plates in Delaware.
