Gen Y Workers Don't Deserve a Paycheck
"I work with a ton of students and people from Gen Y and sometimes we are entitled," she says. "We grew up in a general up economy where there was a lot of money going around, our parents tended to take care of us,. If not giving us everything we needed, at least with the basic necessities, right? So that's where it comes from." The other side is though that that's being said by older workers or older people in the workforce because that's their experience, she says.
