War on Drugs

I want to talk about where the war on terror meets the war on drugs. The european model, with all its harm ed uction approaches, treating drugs as a health issue, has more chance to flex its muscles and be embraced in other countries. But i got to tell you, i'm ashamed. I i would travel around the world and i'd start off my speeches by saying, i want to apologize to you as an American citizen for the s that our country's war on drugs has done in this country.
