The Role of a Researcher at Riot Games
I am a strategic advisor at Riot Games. I help stakeholders to make well-informed decisions that align with their goals. There are four main buckets of the work that I do. In any given month, any given role, I index really differently on how much I spend my time doing each. So in terms of tactical work, like I said, I write up surveys, I do labs, I run statistical analyses and have a general understanding of the biases associated with different forms of data collection.
