I think service sets the tone for everything and people will always pay more for service. I really feel in our industry that it's gotten a lot better. A lot of people view owners and renters as numbers. All my owners have my cell phone number. They don't ever really call me but they have it. We cater to their schedule, to their needs, to their wants, their goals and agendas.
