The Misguided Understanding of Functioning Labels
Harley: I think the understanding that we have of like functioning labels and what counts as functioning well was a huge barrier for me sort of accessing help. She says she hit those markers, no one was really looking at standards of her emotional experience or self care. "I just want to put out there for any clinicians like doing more thorough investigation on what is being sacrificed in order to hit the things that they think of as functioning successfully"
