Alpha Brainwaves and Brain and Heart Coherence

One brainwave state is not better than the other. They all relate well with each other. We want to discover our ideal ratio. There are different degrees of flow from more of a relaxed flow ranging to deep flow or being in the zone. And again, as mentioned earlier, we have a lot of data that we have to do with beta brainwaves. These waves are associated with creativity, deep relaxation, meditation and just prior to sleep.
