The Dangers of Being a Gang Unit

The ICP is currently going back and forth with the FBI or that designation. Being put in like a gang unit highly raises your chances of what's called recidivism, which means your odds of going back into some form of incarceration. And we know the justice system, if we're still calling it that here in the US is incredibly flawed and imperfect. Recidivism rates here are so high at times that one must ask whether it is by design, whether it is a bug or a feature.
