The Challenges of Designing a Product

I think there's no greater test of humility than inviting regular users to come in and use a product. As a parent we also homeschool our children so I'm very sort of in touch with the educational side of what they do you know, which made me arrogant honestly right it felt like I could design this in my sleep but I couldn't because I'm in a weird different special place. There was just enough humility there for me to understand okay I need to open my mind a lot more than I have yeah. You will be a lot more ethical a lot more good with your not knowing your discovery phase but your design work generally.
