The business had been owned by the family until 2014 or 13. Summit partners became an investor in that year and saw some of the same things we did shortly thereafter. The company diligenceed a company that largely distributed generic parts, so knockoff parts. We sort of underwrote a lower growth rate and we bid for that company but ended up not winning it.
