How to Improve Processes for Clients
I have found in the past that when I have listed a process improvement as an, as an achievement, it has sometimes not been appreciated by the client. That is hard. Being completely honest, I haven't had that experience. So I think I'm in a good spot where I feel privileged in a way that clients that join our both team or we join their teams, I guess.
