The Distinguishing Factor in Burnout
When burnout's tough, it takes way more physical and mental energy to do things you don't like doing. And then if you don't really believe in the why at a particular moment or in a situation, you are just you talk about a working over. That's what I think cycles in the burnout. Which is why our strengths episode our strengths episode is so is so good on that because the more you're working within your strengths, the more you will not feel that way.
