Self-Storage Over Multifamily?
Most people scale or find themselves progressing into self-storage, usually from residential or apartments. We wanted to figure out exactly what we could do without having to go and go above and beyond every other operator who's been in this space for a long time. 92% of all the self-storage assets out there are owned and operated by mom and pop operators. For the bulk of people, it is the John who retired at 65 and took his savings and bought a self-storage facility.
