What's the Repercussions of Private Schooling?

I think pastoral care in a state school is often social work. It's making sure children have the ability to come to school and that they're getting enough to eat at home. But private schooling is more focus on, kind of, like i would imagine e pastoral care is more kind of meditation, relaxation, techniques,. er, et cetera.
