Our Brains Are Crazy

I was the only one of eight people that my coach was telling to flow down. Hustle meant I wasn't classy and it wasn't classy like everyone else. The way we like what we make the coaching mean, it's really crazy. When someone is showing you the parts of yourself that you have shame around, it's can be hard to like them in that time period. And that's okay. Like it's okay that I'm not happy with my coach right now. But don't make that mean more than it is and be okay with that.
