Massy Knackle was sold, I forget the year 2009, maybe to a Cushman Awake field for like a hundred million bucks. The model is really interesting. Bob and Paul started this territory system that to my knowledge, nobody else does. They're both at pretty successful at post Massy Knackle, post Cushman. But the idea that they had was you carve up the city or carve up an area into markets and one broker handles that market.
