How Do People Find Your Services Page?

I don't believe that i can just go to somebody's profile and leave them a review. Yet i cannot leave a review for somebody who hasn't requested one from me. So another interesting so if you want to get your profile, raise your profile on linked in under the services that you provide. Go and create you're linked in services page. How do people find it? They click on your name, and underneath your headline and the bitword says how many followers and connections you have,. It'll say, providing services. That's where they find it.
