Personal Branding and Net Working Are Not the Same in the Modern Job Market
The modern job market is on social and so we have a lot of people who talk to us and they're like, i'm just not a social media person. That's what i would refer to as something that makes you uncomfortable or a challenge. And those soft skills come to light, like we said, like net working. 30 % of the entry level jobs landed are through what we call the hidden job market. People enteracting on platforms like linked in and it makes all the difference.
