The Rise of Tech Stocks in the First Quarter

Gina Martin Adams: It should be a pretty rough earnings season, not just for tech, but really for the S&P 500 at large. Analysts are now forecasting a greater than 7% decline in the first half. Both the tech and communications sector are anticipated to produce double digit declines in earnings on the heels of a really rough fourth quarter.
