We ran the numbers on that. We've talked to realtors well and they still figure that we can get what we paid for it. But of course, we would have hoped that it would have gone up already by now. So it's just hard to say what the future looks like. Do you think people know this that if they sell a house for the same price they bought it at, they can lose $100,000? No, I don't think so. Okay.
