Frank capra's science films are among the most popular and widely held in classroom collection. These would be about various phenomena, our mister sun, strange case of cosmic rays. It's less incongruous to focus on frank capra as doing his duty or government, to make a propaganda film then it is to imagine someone who's won three oscars deciding that he's going to do science films.
