Hackers broke into bangldesh bank's swift system and made close to a billion dollars of transfers. Swift messages authorize billions of dollars in transfers between banks, including bangladash bank. To send a swift message, you have to be inside a bank. It's not like you or i can just install it on our home computers and send messages demanding millions of dollars.
