In the early days, i was doing 18 to 19 hours a day. I was doing uthalls for state legislatures all over the U.S. The logistics were important, but really having an organization that had that deep, deep, long standing relationship with community was probably the most important thing. We went pretty quickly, within a couple of months, to having higher rates of nation in our latin ex community than we did in some other sub demographics.
