In two thousand or 14 they released these prevent priority areas. The criteria was based on the demographics of how many moslems lived in that area. And you could see that they were marketing areas with high numbers of muslem, and they were pumping prevent money into it to themots a vicious cycle. You prevent more money, then guess what, you're going to see more prevent numbers. Because i want to get more money for the next year,. so i'm going to fulfil that little funding pot that you've given me. I need to justify that i've used like any grant. Any grant, you get the grant and you justify that grant. An to justify, you need referals
