The Importance of Personality in Wedding Catering
Caterers are often the most communicated to party at these events. I joke that I'm a part therapist and family counselor because, you know, I'm the go between sometimes when the bride and groom are unavailable. Do you think it just takes a certain kind of personality to get into wedding catering? Because I feel like we have a lot in common. Just being in food, we're just generally very hospitable people.
