Bre Mar Mountain Rescue Team - A Look Behind the Scenes

This weekend, members of the public are being given the chance to see behind the scenes at Bre Mar mountain rescue team's headquarters. Operations manager Malcolm McIntyre gave me a tour in their store where they keep most of the technical mountain rescue equipment. They've all got the winter mountain ear including equipment, Gore-Tex, Krampons ice axes and water rescue equipment for river environments as well. A lot of this kit looks pretty heavy - unfortunately, so you'll have passed the vehicles as we came in through the door.
