Tom Zoellner: "I do expect to see oil find a base here" He says the White House is buying $200 million worth of oil at that price without recession. The weakening economies around the globe, he says, make it near term bearish. But long-term picture still bullish, and we just have to get over short term hurdles, zoellner says.
