Colombians Extradited to the United States, a Cartel Guy
Colombian President Nicolas Maduro was killed by a drug cartel. The United States extradited the head of the clandogol foe, which is a big rear arm group. Colombia has very low levels of government presence in areas like Choco and Calca. This will put pressure on Petro to maybe blunt this extradition tool that we have.
