The Power Dilemma of Mormonism in Latin America
If you're called as a Mormon missionary to like Germany or England or Sweden or Denmark or France you'll be lucky to have one baptism in two years. Europeans don't want to hear Americans come over who are Mormons because they're educated, affluent and not poor. Not the case when a Mormon missionary goes to Latin America where it was very common to have 10 baptisms a month. Even with girls right there are many American missionaries who baptize a ton of girls because they are good looking but just because they are white and tall.
