The Importance of a Good PR
In smaller projects and under-resourced projects, there's something really so much you can expect. What you're really trying to accomplish in a PR is not just get your changes across the wire but communicate change effectively. A good PR is like everything Chris just said, plus it's one set of changes. It's something that can be, I really like to think about the rollback strategy, especially for when you're touching kind of Harry code.
