The Art of Nicely Disagreeing With People

I've dealt with that before in a lot in coaching trading traders. I deal with that with athletes too, where it's like, you know, they're not seeing the results they want. It's much easier to make an excuse to be like, Oh, the training bad or I can't be successful. Then go the hard route and say, Hey, it is possible.
