I'd like you to have just back down to two or three press workouts a week for about two weeks and then you can repeat this again. I don't think leg extension leg curls are necessarily that great an exercise and one-legged leg presence but you hurt man. Every time you're doing those legs extension leg curls and your presses you are pumping those hormones and all your minerals and all the magic all through your whole body. Just a few sets of dips and chins is not enough, you got to do a lot more than that. You've got to find me go find machines that you can do like leg extension leg curls plus you can certainly bench press in kind
