Twitter as a medium is peculiarly designed to allow this compared to say Facebook or certainly compared to something like traditional blogging. We never can really tell that's a thing right like someone you know one person can say a phrase and they mean it like in a very genuine way and another person can say it and they means it in a very trolling way. It feels like part of the troll to me because these are packets of information that are almost designed to be shared by people that are not trolling. If it's just trolls putting it out okay that's one thing but if it's like people who are like trying to spread a good message who are spreading it and yet effectively is like that's like
