How to Handle Social Media as a Leader

I think social media really has changed the game for how we talk to each other as leaders and as people on the same journey on the same mission. It's not a good form for engagement. I know that I just, if it feels good for me to tweet it or post it, it probably is not right. We have a saying for our, you know, our preaching here, we just say no, no driveby's in sermons. And what we mean by that is I'm not going to take a shot at anything. If I don't have or anything controversial, I don'thave time to really flesh it out.
