HRV is a number that depends on which device you're getting it from like Apple has a different format for HIV HRV gathering than or a ring. Depending on what I'm doing, but let's say it's around 100, it didn't change at all. You found the PMF mats like improve your HRV. I haven't seen that improve my HRV, but they theoretically do.
