I wanted to create this guide not to tell people that there's one particular thing that they should do right now to master it, but that there are a lot of options that they haven't considered. And so I'm hopeful that after reading the book and seeing all these different examples and ideas you can think about, a lot of people will be willing to give that one thing that they've always wanted to learn a second chance...and maybe hopefully this time they'll be successful with it.
