The Importance of Replicability in Data Analysis
Every time we do a study, we are trying to draw inferences typically speaking. We start with some hypothesis about an effect that we think may or may not exist in a particular population. And then we take a sample at that population. As a clarifies well, when people say population people think of like a group of individuals. But population in the kind of statistical sense merely means what's known as kind of the sample space you're taking it from.
