Primary focus first staff. Oftentimes it's going to be colonization of tampons, nasal packing or skin wound. Look for the primary sit that might not be that rip roaring. Systemic features from superantogen, cascade, from tolks and production. This is a little scary because these can be subtle. Some patients will present predominantly with systemic features without really much of a primary source. And one challenging thing is a lot of these patients can be relatively young when they can have a strong physiological reserve.
