"The sincerity with which the e al have taken this, for me, has been really ground breaking and inspirational," he says. "It hasn't just been a par exercise. They've been really committed to an improving well being within the game." The only sad piece is that it's not made its way to premier league or premir league clubs - but local communities have been ved in it.
