Caule: I ran this experiment at my company where what we did is we have hubs, pub spot, enterprise tuch attribution running. And then all we did was put on our form with someone to request the consultation, how did you hear about us? And left an open text box that people could write stuff. Less than less than 50 % of the things that were reported were accurate. But it requires a different, fundamentally different mind set and a fundamentally different measurement system to know whether or not the stuff is working.
