The Minsk Agreements and the Kosovo Diaspora

Minsk agreements acting as UN Resolution 1244 as this thing that will never be resolved. The agreement was to establish an autonomous Serbian municipality governance for the Serbian enclaves of ethnic Serbs who haven't been ethnically cleansed yet. About 100 countries recognize or, you know, Kosovo from the general assembly in about 97 countries do not and it goes back and forth.
