The Alliance Promissory Note: An Extra Trade Good
The unlock is to have five structures on the board. When one or more of your units use production, we gain a trade good. I also find that this is a good commander to lend to other players through the Alliance Promissory Note. Arborek and Sar can get a lot of value out of this because of like lots of production windows means you're getting even more trade goods out of this.
