The Benefits of Wildflower Meadows

Wildflower meadows require the least in terms of inputs of fertiliser, weed killer and watering. We wanted to know if the wildflower meadow was delivering benefits for biodiversity, climate and society as we hoped it would. The idea behind sweep netting is that you're trying to dislodge anything that's living on these long plant stems. And then if we have a little look inside, yeah, a whole load of little flies have just come out of my face.
