I feel like I'm really intimately tied to my performance you know versus a good example of someone Ilya Ilyan he's a famous weight lifter who would he go out for like a world record clean and jerk. so many examples come to mind actually have a person who I work with and she'll actually explicitly tell me she's like hey on this this attempt this effort give me this verbal cue. You're just moving the spotlight to one thing that might be overly deficient and when you know short up that's going to help the extra little bit.
