Is There Consciousness in the Universe?

Biology is notoriously bad at asking why question. Why do we have two eyes? Why don't we have four eyes, like sasas, or three eyes or something? We nowt there's probably there is a function to that, but its, we're not very good at answering those questions. So you can test a human brain, but if you take a machine brain that you don't know tests for yet, how would you even begin to approach a test after consciousness present in this thing?
