A lot of architects currently working there that have repeated things for 20 years,. Let alone the first four hours of the day. And we need to all become better at doing it. It's like the if you change te ncentive such that you really have to focus on the outcome, then the reward is outsized relative to ed to tun sortof per hourly or some other a fe structure.
