This isn't about changing yourself so you can then accept yourself. It's about accepting yourself right now and feeling free from that neurosis. And this is for people out there who are worried about either people that feel insecure or there's so many people I was talking to a male friend about this this morning about body dysmorphia, which nearly everybody has on summer level. We're constantly told that our faces, bodies, hair, whatever it is, are not OK. That's the messaging that we get. So we've got to work so hard to go.
