How to Control Your Breathing When You Get Into the Water

If you are new to cold exposure, you will definitely gasp rare because you will have an activation of your gasping reflex. You can use nasal breathing and try to do that at least by lowering your breath in that way. And when you are able to do that, then you will be able to stay in the water for maybe up to a minute or maybe two minutes and then you don't have to stay anymore. But that is the key is your breathing.
