Dave Chang says that nice restaurant should cost $50,000 like there's no That's the only way you can distill this to eight words. There is an opinion that food is what is necessary to survive and everything else Is nonessential in life. I don't know if I agree with that statement. Nobody's given me a reason other than we are DNA programmed to desire food because we need it or we'll die, but we don't need art Right.
